Swedish Massage

This technique focuses on rubbing the muscles with long, gliding strokes in the direction of the blood returning to the heart. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for the increasing level of O2 in the blood, reduction of toxins concentration in the muscles, improving overall blood circulation, improving flexibility, and reducing muscle tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

The focus of this technique is to realign deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. This massage technique is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains, as well as contracted areas such as stiff neck, upper back, lower back, leg muscles, and sore shoulders.

Neuromuscular (Trigger Points) Therapy

Abbreviated as NMT, is a specialized form of deep tissue massage, in which the digital pressure and friction are used to release specific areas of strain in the muscles and alleviate the muscular pain. This technique usually concentrates on smaller areas of the muscles in which the contracture of muscular tissue inhibits the blood and nutrient spindle from relaxing.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

hypothesized to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissue. The lymph system depends on the intrinsic contractions of the smooth muscle cells in the walls of the lymph vessels and the movement of the skeletal muscles to propel the lymph to the nodes and the ducts, to ensure a continuous cleansing process.


Thai Massage on the Table

This technique includes spinal manipulation, flexion, extension, and twisting. The underlying idea is to impact the deep muscles of the spine which aren’t normally accessible by palpation. Thai massage also helps to warm and stretch the muscles, provide greater range of motion, prevent injury, increase energy level, reduce stress, improve confidence and overall wellbeing.


Although often combined with massage, is technically not a form a massage. It is a separate practice, which applies pressure to reflex zones on the feet, hands, and outer ears to affect your entire body. When the pressure is applied to the reflex zones, the nerves carry the signals to other parts of your body and cause stimulation.
